Our story of Upholstery

Our Great Grandfather was traveling from town to town looking for work during the Great Depression. He found work in an upholstery shop where he picked up the trade of upholsterer. After having a family and a son that was now off to war he taught this trade to his grandson, our Dad. Our Dad took his new learned knowledge of upholstery and excelled in upholstery shops from around the country until settling down with his family in Delray Beach, FL in 1971. Dad started to work for Jessup Inc. the premier design and upholstery studio of the Palm Beaches. Once Jessup Inc. closed due to the owns death Dad opened Delray Decorator Service which has been passed down to his sons and continues to serve Palm Beach County as Delray Upholstery Company.
